Description

The site, which was opened on the 8th March 2007 by the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, is only 3 kilometres from the City Centre of Manchester.

The Maccabi Community and Sports Club has a large private car park for visitors to the planting site. Throughout the year and especially at weekends, many outdoor sports and other activities take place.
In time, the memorial trees will form a beautiful natural barrier around the extensive grounds and playing fields, creating a peaceful and tranquil place.

Manchester Maccabi is extremely proud of the sports facilities for disabled persons. All the sports facilities are easily accessible. The building has a lift to the café/bar lounge area for visitors to enjoy.
